Interest in a 5400/120...?

I have just such a rig. It has an Ethernet card installed, the video capture card, memory boosted to 80Mb, an L2 cache card, and even a new internal clock battery.

Because of a nice package that I just picked up on eBay, I probably don't need this anymore. I rescued it from a recycling center so I don't have much cash tied up in it maybe $40.

Does anyone have any interest in it? One challenge, of course, is that it is heavy so shipping to someone would almost effectively double the cost.... maybe someone has something they would want to trade?

Anyway....if you have any ideas, questions, offers, let me know. If you live close enough to Gainesville FL, we could even offer to meet somewhere 1/2 way between us-- I like a good road trip!

I am no looking for a Mac.

I am sorry to report that after consulting with my wife, she decided
that a Mac would be a great incentive / reward for the kids. So it
won't be for a few months at least before I can I can buy one.

Hi David,

It is still available. I don't think it is going anywhere. I have it plugged in so the new "clock" battery I got for it wouldn't get drained. If someone else makes a move on it, I will check with you first. Smiling
