A performa 6300 has a 603 chip I presume This I beleve is akin to let us say a 486, 586, p1 p2 p3 or p4except it is likely to be manufactured by either APPLE or motorola but then No one in the backwoods of Wisconsin seem to know spit about Apples unless they are Secors or Red delicious.
in point of fact We have Verizon up here and the fastest that they can process is 56K unless the mouse they use to run the equipment runs out of corn and the speed bottems out at 26K. In fact I can't find a server that will run Unex or Linex up here either. Ah well. . . I have had a number of my clients ask (3 so far) well. . . its a number if I were to shift my foremat over to APPLE/Adobe instead if the other brand X lets call it. I have been running Adobre Photoshop 7 and Illustrator 8 for some time and Haven't had undue problems. but From time to time I have looked at the two Apple 6300 CD's sitting there looking lost and winsome and the thought has crossed what is left of my mind that some have told me that Apple graphics parsimoniously drub the bejaggers out of the high priced spread. well I dont want to bet the farm on such an enterprize if it isn't going to work within reasonable time peramiters. Now when ever I go to an apple store the nearest one being 120 miles round trip Reading the stickers put me in a coma. But then I have waxed verbose and used all the space. EGVNW
