Help connecting Apple to PC

Hi,

Can anybody tell me how to connect my Apple //c to my PC (Windows 98)? Do I need so kind of special wire or something? If anyone knows how to do this and/or how to get the equipment necessary please let me know.

All you need is a super serial

All you need is a super serial card on your apple set for modem not printer, and a null modem cable on your pc and you can use any terminal software..

Thanks for your help. I don't think I totally understand though. I don't have any serial card port things on my apple//c. Also, could a phone line be used?

IIc serial ports

All Apple //c computers have 2 serial ports... the round 5 pin sockets on the rear. One is setup for printer, the other for modem.
