Not familiar with 'Quarterback Control Panel', but you can find some AE drivers at http://www.maximumdebian.org/docs/mirrors/macdrivermuseum/cards.html. The closest is the fabled QuadraLink card. Maybe what you are looking for is part of a software package for an AE accelerator of some kind?

Sorry if this is not too helpful.

Could you describe the hardware or post links to any info on it or post photos?
