looking to buy powermac 9600\300 or repair manuals

I would like to buy one of these old macs to tinker with. Not looking to spend a lot as I have a friend who currently owns a system that will not start and I just want to swap the hard drives. Also if someone can recommand a service manual for trouble-shooting that I could buy it would be much appriciated!

ready to lose it.
The case is in great shape... not much ram, if any (its all in my 8600) but that's easy enough to come by (last I looked, the 128mb chips were @ $20)

I have manuals, too, and perhaps other things you will think are sweet.
