Need higher res! Help!

Does anyone know how to get a 12" ibook G4 1.33 to use a higher res like 1152x870? or if im really lucky 1280x768? I've tried switchresx but i cannot get it to apply the res or even let me choose the res.

the Actual LCD itself will not do it. The display on a book is limited to the amount of pixels the actual LCD can hold, and the controller can do. So, your SOL. If it would work, I would have done it on my 12" 1.2Ghz. I don't even think the 12" PB does higher than 1024x768
