Some things to give away.

I have several items of interest, Believed to be working, but not recently tested. # years of shelf time.

225 MHZ 603e board. 5500
CC analog board
Unmodified harness
Modified harness (was used to mount the board inside a case with a PC
6500 PSU (has 3.3v power)
4 or 5 LC 580's all working some may be missing hard drives
Several older macs including one quadra 950 with the wrong drive in it. The 950 doesn't like the hard drive that is in it, It will have to be swapped out. Machine has 140meg of ram I believe. Might be 128.
Several dozen Mac keyboards, a few mice, and misc cables.
Blue/grey Mac bag that will hold a CC and a couple ext. drives.
2 external HDD's
Several full length video cards for the 950. The one in it was VERY expensive. The rest suck.

All free if picked up at my address in Clifton, IL which is a small town South of Chicago. (exit 297 of I-57.) The deal is all or none. Either you take every single mac related item in the house, or you take nothing. 815-694-2451 ask for Derek. Do not ask me to ship.

Just a heads up. That actually offended me. I can't believe that you would want to part out a Q-950 for a pile of 30 pin simms.

The reason is simple...

The reason is:

I already have a Quadra 950 that needs memory. I don't need a whole other replacement machine.

I need memory and drive tray for a Q950.

I can't understand why you'd be offended; you're giving the stuff away for free. You should almost be thankful that somebody actually has a use for some of the stuff.

What are you gonna do with the stuff if no one claims it at all? Trash it?

I dunno, if you're looking to get rid of the stuff, and you're not willing to ship or part the stuff out, I can't see why you'd be offended. Actually, more to the point, I can't see why you'd even care. I mean, you're tossing the stuff, right?

External drives

How big many megs are the external harddrives? are they scsi, usb, or firewire?

Drives

think they are both 1 gig drives. But you can get 50 pin scsi drives on ebay for like 5 bucks. The cases are worth swapping a drive into.

16MB Simms

hey... I believe I have some 30-in SIMMs for the 950, I'm guessing 128MB worth. I bought them by mistake... too tall to fit in the SE/30...
