Apple II 3-voice synthesizer card - clone of the 1st gen ALF Apple Music Synthesizer

I believe it's a clone of the ALF 3-voice card, not using any "sound chip" of any kind,
but discrete logic chips including the 74LS624 (VCO), and some 4-bit latches.
