Aamber Pegasus "Theory of Operation" Manual (TheoryOfOperation.zip by Technosys Research Laboratories)

This is the "theory of operation" document for the Aamber Pegasus. I don't know how complete it is, but it's an interesting bit of computer history all the same. I obtained it with hopes that it would contain a section on the power supply, which it does have a little bit of, however my Pegasus remains in un-known condition.

Date: February 1, 1980
To: Purchasing and Everyone
CC: Executive Staff and All Typewriter Users
From: Mike Scott
Subject: Typewriters

First of all, do you think that the To and CC covered enough people? ;)

The document describes the goal of a typewriterless company. It also commands Ken to get rid of his DEC word processor ASAP! "We believe the typewriter is obsolete. Lets prove it inside before we try and convince our customers."

Document is dated Februaru 1, 1980.

See http://www.stockly.com/historicdvd.php for information on getting this as well as other large documents on 5 DVDs for the cost of media.

Preserved in time thanks to David Craig.
