G5 Hard Disk activity light

ok people, i cant find how to do this anywhere.... i want to add a hard disk activity light to my single 1.8 G5. as you may or may not know the g5 uses SATA drives. it would be too easy if it was IDE.....

i was wondering if anyone knew how i could do this?

There's an LED output on the

There's an LED output on the SATA power connector. Not all drives support it though.

My company makes sata backpla

My company makes sata backplanes with the activity light. I'll ask the layout guy next week.

Pin 11 of the SATA power conn

Pin 11 of the SATA power connector is the LED output. Not every drive supports it.
