Here is a utility for the disk compression program SuperDisk.

The SuperDisk! Utilities serve several purposes. They compress SuperDisk!
files tighter by trying different compression options and selecting those that
offer tighter compression and faster performance; they convert other kinds
of compressed files to SuperDisk! compressed files; and they back up your
most recently edited files (coming soon.)
