I went to the Apple store with my mirror door G4. They sent me to MacHQ because they don't work on the older stuff. They seemed like they didn't really know what the machine was so I went where they sent me. The people that work there were very helpful. It only took about 5 minutes to check in my machine for service. They had it back to me in two days and it is working great.
