My Apple IIe

I have not been able to buy an Apple II when it was on the market but I have bought one on eBay last year. Unfortunately at the time, I had not known a lot about Apples, and I had bought an Apple IIe with the monochrome Apple IIgs monitor and no disk drives. I have written many BASIC programs on it, but not been able to save them. So I finally broke down and bought an Apple II unidisk, which I then realized wouldn't work on mine, because I had a disk two interface card. So then I was stuck with a not-working floppy disk drive and a non-original Apple IIe monitor. I am now currently selling them on ebay to possibly buy an Apple II + from a friend. You can find the item listed here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=5749960757&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT for a little while longer... I reciently relized I could have taken any ordinary tape player and used that. Oh well. I'll do that with my next diskdrive-less Apple ][. :macos:

Hey, does anyone know anyone (or know anyone who knew anyone) if they still had an Apple 1 for sale? Because, there's less that 100 left in the world, so I'd like to make sure at lease 2 complete sets survived (+ steve wozniac's one). They're really rare because, when Apple decided to make the Apple II, they sadly said, if you handed back your Apple 1, you could get $666.66 off your new Apple II, and all of the hundreds of Apple 1's components were sadly soddered off to be reused in the 2 model of the Apple. So, they are rare, and I have never really used a real one, so all the other lucky, lucky people out there have used one, and I'm stuck with an emulator. Ok bye.
