I'm an independent consultant living in the Pittsburgh metro area. I specialize in iBooks and PowerBooks. Although I have a few non laptops macs, they spend most of their time sitting around. If you have questions I can probably answer them, as I spent several years working the tech support circuit for windows, and also spent several years as a bench technician at an Apple dealer in Florida.
