These papers attempt to describe the key Lisa features. The “Apple Invents” ad is a great summary for what Lisa could do in 1983 which was many years before other systems even began to approach is features (though not necessarily its design philosophy). The “Architecture” paper is a must-read for the Lisa if you’re interested in knowing how it was designed.
