Genetic Art (GA) 3.0: drawing/art creation via evolution

This is Genetic Art (GA) 3.0 for the Macintosh, a fat binary
application.

It is a program that generates drawings via mutation and recombination,
roughly based on a genetic algorithm. It serves 3 functions:

- it is a fun way to generate interesting artwork for illustrations,
background, borders, etc. You can create complex original designs
very
effortlessly.
- It can be used to teach the principles of evolution to children (in
fact, that how it started.
- It can be used to teach kids about the relationshp between DNA,
information encoding, and the ensuing organisms that result (in this

case, the organisms are pictures).

My children enjoy it as an educational toy while I use it to generate
copyright-free designs.
