Abyzed Verbs 1.0: a language resource.

This freeware collection contains 8,600 English verbs and their
inflected parts, including 400 irregular verbs. It is a resource
for people working on language projects.

The collection is presented as a plain text file which can be
imported into a database.

It is primarily a British-English collection but it includes
assistance for users who want to adapt it to American-English.
