Huzzah, I have it!

Well, the little beast came in today. Gotta leave some decent feedback for that seller, that was some cheap shipping for being so fast. But anyhow, I was able to test it finally, and there wasn't much surprise. The screen doesn't work (well, it turns on and the lights work perfectly, there are no dead pixels to my knowledge, unless the white block on the side of the display is a bunch of them), or rather, there's just a blue screen with a little white block, of which pictures will follow when my mother gives me her old camera tonight.

There was a shocker, though. The OS is still on there! It boots into it, which means that the disk is fine too. The battery (though advertised as 'not holding much charge') is dead, but I found another one for 3.99 on eBay already. I'm pretty excited about the possibility of getting this thing to work. One day, though, I'm going to get something that'll run System 6.

First, though, I'm going to get this one to work!

For the moment, this is roughly what the screen looks like. Slashies are blue, poundies are white, all backlit.

It's a little weird, eh? I'm hoping the screen's actually salvageable.
