Non-functional Volume or Eject buttons on G3 iMac

Hi guys, I'm new here, I've been trying to find an answer to a problem after using the MacOS9Lives! universal installer on both my Power Mac G4 Quicksilver and my 1999 G3 iMac DV SE. The keyboard that I am using is an Apple A1048 and the mouse is an Apple M5769. The volume buttons don't work and the eject buttons do not work at all for some reason. Is there any solution for this problem?
