Taking into account that one of the bidders is a first timer and all things being equal...
I'd say that unless someone comes out of Left Field at the last minute you're looking at the final bid.
Of course one of these folks could be a shill trying to get the bidding started and raising the price.
On eBay anything is possible. All you have to do is see the $300 and $500 IIe units for sale.

There were a few late bids and it sold -- for $75,600.
I wonder what the upcoming unit being auctioned by Sotheby's will go for.
