128K Macintosh logic board infos
I just inventoried some of my Macintosh logic boards of production details . . .
Early Production 128K Macintosh logic board.
Apple part number: 630-0101 (no revision letter in the white box)
Has "(c) 1983" and "6522" silked on the circuit board.
Other details...
RAM: 128K (all chips have picture of the apple logo stamped on them)

in ink, all have (c) 1983 and a number '6522'
all have MC68000G8 cpus, with differing production dates (of course)
