I always say I am when I'm setting up a server... because they never give an option any closer to me when setting the time zone part. But I am a bit further east, in 'Virginia's Technology Corridor.' But what you mean to be asking isn't whether there are Apple people around you... because there most certainly are... but whether there are any fritterers around you, because that's all that frequents here.
