About 24 years after seeing one and deciding my old Europlus was in need of replacing I've finally got a working Apple //c with the green screen monitor, PAL modulator and even a Woz signed mouse.

It powers up fine, but until I can find where I stored my ancient collection of Apple ][ disks (and assuming they still work) the only thing I can get on screen is the Check Disk text.

Is there a key combi to bypass the disk boot and drop to the old command line so I can mess around with Applesoft, do a call -151 and play the "how many opcodes can you remember" game.

Control-Reset. Also see ht

Control-Reset.

Also see http://adtpro.sourceforge.net for the serial connection back to your more modern computer, in case your disks are in fact toast and you want to re-create some more.
