Cloning Beige G3 HDD

Beige G3 Desktop (with Sonnet G4/500 upgrade)
40Gb SATA HDD with Sonnet PCI SATA card
256Mb Ram
Standard Video Card
PCI USB Card
PCI Sonnet 100mb NIC

Does anyone know how to clone a Beige G3 HD.

I have used XPostFacto 3 to get OSX 10.3 installed on the G3 without a problem. It even runs very well. The problem occurs when trying to clone this machine to 20 other identical macs. The beige G3 will not boot from a 10.3 install disk nor will it boot from a 10.3 Emergency Boot CD. Booting from a CD only leaves OS8 & OS9. I have tried using ASR, Silverkeeper & Clone X all running under OS9. Each time the drive appears to boot into OS9 ok, but when setting it to boot from OSX, it complains of a missing system folder, restarts and then gives a OS X boot screens which then turns to a no-entry sign It even does the same thing if I use a OS X machine to image the drive... Has anyone else tried copying this type of configuration, Or does anyone know if it is possible to "bless" an OSX folder from OS9 (and no holy water jokes please)..Many Thanks.......
