I might have one in box of old powerbook parts. I won an eBay auction almost 2 years ago that had a hugh load of PB 100 and 500 series parts and motherboards. Do you have a picture of one looks like or a part number?

You may want to check out Shreve Systems (shrevesystems.com) for a PB500 series modem. Specifies on sale for $2. Although online orders minimum of $25. You may need to pad your account with other stuff, ordering by phone may not require a minimum. I've purchased a few Mac items from them before and was quite satisfied. Check it out.
