Hi all.  Let me know if anyone out there has any info on this card.  I got it in a box with multiple II+s, III, IIc+ ages ago.  STB Systems Inc, 2283 with the number 1765 written down for S/N.  1982, Made in USA.  I just hadn't found anything online.

STB = "Simply The Best".  A clone manufacturer back in the day.

This card is a clone of the Saturn 128 card.  It provides 128K of RAM.  It can be used in Slot 0 of a ][+ to fill the function of a "langage card" but provide more RAM or it can be used in other slots.  It is not compatible with //e "AUX" memory as it uses a different bank switching scheme.  There is software that will allow it to be used to expand AppleSoft BASIC memory or to let it be used as a RAM disk.  Some software like Locksmith and some other copy programs will also use this type of memory.  I think there were also pre-boots and/or patches for programs like Visicalc and maybe even AppleWorks to use this kind of RAM.

Oh, I should mention that the docs and disks for the original Saturn card are on Asimov/Apple II Documentation Project.  Not sure about this STB clone, but the original Saturn stuff probably mostly applies if it is like most other clones.
