Does anyone use a heatsink for his/her Mystic?
If you do, how did you attach it to the CPU?
Thermal Tape (stickers) ?
Adhesive Thermal Compound ?
Any ideas/suggestions?
thanks,
fu

Mine's friction-fit, using the mounting clip from the Q700 the full '040 was pulled from. It doesn't lock on like it did on its original socket, but it's never moved and no heat problems yet.
The processor isn't a heat-monster compared to modern processors, so any of your suggestions are good. A lot of the Quadra 610s I've seen didn't even come with heatsinks.
I've used thermal paste, with a little superglue on the corners of the processor. Sticks well, but can be removed without damage.
i've heard about that clip from the Q700 though i couldn't find any lately...
but i guess you're right about the low temperatures, i'll use some silicon paste
