My musical

I'm writing a musical now, but I need a title. It's about a certain president, and army men, and wars on terra, and things like that. It's the conclusion to a three-part series, two of which were made into movies (I swear I am not making this up.)

Got a title?

No, I have no idea...

I have never titled a story I knew nothing about, and those that have are usually way off. The last time I needed a title for anything, it was for a short story (that ended up getting published, thank you very much), and I took the title from the 13th to the last word in the story.

But that's just how I do things.

What president? Only the Army? Why not Air Force, Navy, or Marines? Why only wars on Terra? Where on Terra? Those are the things I would need answered before I could even begin to consider a title.

One day he fell down,
an' spilt beer on the ground,
and when he saw, he said, "Aw, shucks, that was Guiness."

Let me guess...

...that this musical isn't going to be singing the praises of said mystery president and his army. Smile

Suggested titles include:

"Oil be home for Christmas"
"President Bush and his Amazing Killbots"
"The Michael Moore Fan Club Singalong"
"All This Sand World War Too"

"War on terra" refers to Du

"War on terra" refers to Dubya's mispronunciation of the word "terror." The plastic factory is in Cinncinatti, and army because you can buy roughly 10,000 little plastic army men in Wal-mart for $1.87.

Oh, OK, now I get it...

You're just an angry liberal... OK...

1) President George W. Bush does not mispronounce the word "terror". He speaks with a Texas Hill Country Drawl. That's dialect, not pronunciation. John F. Kennedy called his country (phonetically) "Ameriker". Is that mispronunciation? No, that's dialect. I speak with a bit of North Texas drawl. You gots a problum with thayet?

2) You can also buy plastic Cowboys and Indians. Why not make it about those?

It doesn't matter what the title is, but I can already see the "Produced by Barabara Streisand" tag...
