Nope, the Apple ][/][+ keyboard part is #661-91073(with sculpted keycaps)or 661-91075(with non-sculpted keycaps). The Apple Issued repair book did have parts numbers starting with 605;
#605-0119 is the part number for the Apple II/II+ Keycap Set - Non-sculptured
#605-0133 is the part number for the Apple II/II+ Keycap Set - Sculptured
I'm guessing that the part number that you refer it is for one of the obsolete first keycaps sets (not the keyboard structure) for the Datanetics made keyboards.
BTW, I'm answering these questions based on an Apple Issued Level I Tech Manual.
