Allrighty. I have a Sandisk mp3 player/radio/voice recorder. Dropped it into a bucket of water. I gave it a few hours to dry out, and then tried it- it gave me a message that said "Can't boot" and then died.
Can I fix this?

If the Sandisk was off when you dropped it into the water you might have a chance. If not important, irreplacable things have probably shorted out or melted.
I'd get a new one.
