I have this card in my apple two made by Cermtek it has a small label on it saying applemate 1200 there is a speaker on the card and a port that looks like a telephone jack and some dip switches. i'm geussing this is a 1200 baud modem, but how do i use it? does anyone have software or any documentation on this card i have pictures.

Try plugging it into slot 4. Get a copy of ProTerm. Plug it into a phone line. Turn the computer on. Get the telephone number of a BBS, and dial it. Now you'll have a really slow (even for Apple II's) but working telecomunications device.
