Apple Display Hack?

One day I hooked up my Apple Pro Speakers to my Creative sub woofer, and found them to work and sound perfect. ever since I have been drooling over the Apple Cinema Displays, yes the ones with ADC jacks. My question is, instead of buying a $100 ADC-DVI adapter, could I pull the cable out of my older Apple Studio Display, since it has USB, Power, and DVI on the end, and hook it up inside the Cinema display instead of the ADC cable? I would use the power supply from my studio display with the cinema, since there is a plug that plugs into the power supply on the cable from the studio display. I guess the problem is, how much power is needed to drive the cinema display? I was thinking if this will work, I would either go for the 17" or 22" cinema display. Not sure if there is a power requirement difference between the two (I would assume so). The power supply that goes to the studio display puts out 24V with 1.875A so it's a 45W, but how much does the cinema require? 28V or something like that?

The Studio Display I have...

(not sure how to create link, sorry, please copy and paste)

I know everymac says the power is 35W but the power Supply sitting infront of my says 45W.

Thanks!

I'd gladly sell it but I have no idea what it's worth. Make me an offer. It works, no dead pixels, perfect condition.
