Looks like a knockoff to me, but hey for the price (assuming they work like the original) they're a decent deal at $71 delivered.
The cool thing with the original Sony cards is they work great in a PCcard slot (with that super-compact antenna) as well as in an AP card slot with the antenna removed.

this is pukka Sony product and the seller just has a few to sell . . . good price though, they usually sell for $100 or more.
hmmmph, maybe . . . uhh, well, never mind. I guess we'll see.

I certainly like my C150S, but I also paid a lot more than that. The tiny antenna sure is nice.
Are you using the ORiNOCO driver with your card in the PC Card slot, or did you end up figuring out the AirPort hack?
Or are you running it in OS X w/ a 3rd party driver?
Peace,
Drew
If it's like the Sony we've read about, then the little antenna should just come right off, and then it'll slip into the AP slot as-is, IIRC.
Yeah, I realize that, but Dan specifically said it works great in a PC Card slot...
I've got mine in a 5300 using the ORiNOCO 7.2 driver just fine, but I've also toyed around with it in my Pismo.
Peace,
Drew
ive got a linksys card that works and im selling it if anyone is interested.
i couldn't remove the antenna from my gold upgraded wavelan silver, so i am just using the beta wirelessdriver for mac os x, and it works great!
