I have some power mac machines recently,I knew how to change AT power for compatible it.but the problem come.I have no more information of power macintosh.so if these one's power has a little problem I will not to change and use it.I feel can use AT or ATX power.it is the best way for save money and coveniece.hope can aquire everyone help thx.

The real problem with using an ATX powersupply with a G4, besides the rewiring, is getting a power source for the 28v pin. If that pin does not receive enough voltage the computer will not turn on. Apple had the stroke of genius of running the power for the Apple display monitors through the video card. That created problems for not only trying to use ATX PSU's, but also with trying to use 8x AGP video cards in G4 towers. Of course, that's not Apple's concern.
I'm curious. What is your first language? Are you the person from Italy?
Hmm, I saw Powermac in the title, but didn't notice until now that this thread was put in the 68k forum, so maybe you should specify which Macs you are talking about. A 68k Mac is not a Powermac. Anything pre-G3 you'll have to get answers from someone else. The Beige G3 can use an ATX powersupply unmodified by changing a jumper in the top lefthand corner of the motherboard.
