Hi everyone,
A capacitor blew up in my Apple ][+ last night, and I have to order a replacement. I only have a rudimentary understanding of buying correct replacement capacitors (I know how to solder and everything). Since this is the oldest and most mint computer in my collection, I just want to make sure I'm doing everything right to prevent damaging anything else by installing an incorrect capacitor.
The markings on this capacitor are as follows:
One side:
Rifa
40/085/56
PME271M610
Other side:
250V~MP
fo=4,9MHz
565-1-ALD2
Top:
0.1uf@X
I do know it's a filter capacitor for the supply, but I just want to make sure I buy the correct replacement. Can anyone help me out, or send me a link to a website which sells appropriate replacements?
