It works surprisingly well. You can minimize it to the Mac OS X Dock just like any normal Mac window. I would use it much more often, except that the Windows application that I use really demands full-screen use, so there's no point.
Thanks, Dog Cow. Since you mention a Windows app, I just want to make sure we're on the same page: you're talking about Mac apps, running in a Mac OS X virtual machine, working in coherence mode, right?
Ah, I misunderstood your post. The host machine is OS X, the guest is Windows. Looks like that's not what you were asking about...
