Looking for someone willing to scan some of my old Lisa (and early Mac) Technical/Developer docs.

Back in 1982, I worked with a firm that developed for the Lisa, of all things, and I recently unburied a bluebound book of Lisa technical information.

I am not set up to scan the blighter--it's around 250 pages. I would however, be willing to photocopy it and send the copy to anyone who wants to scan it, so that we can put it up on archive.org. I have another set of small books for the early Macintosh from 1984/5, that would also be worth archiving IMO.

alternative to scanner

There are now really excellent scanning apps that use an iphone or android camera and create PDF files.

I use "scannable" for iOS and my iphone can snap a scan of a doc (its amazing to use) and have used these scans as documentation for the federal governement without a hitch.

You dont have to use the one I mention, or an iphone. I just remember being impressed and surprised this was a thing phones could do and do well and wanted to share.

Very good. Send a PM to me with your information and how to contact you, and I will work up a copy set.
