Hoping that someone here has some spares lying around.

They are all available at Unicorn Electronics, but I can't justify buying them because no matter how hard I try I can't get to the $30 minimum order.

Plus international shipping is killer unless it's first class mail or small packet.

78S40 1.3v-40v Switching Voltage Regulator (yeah I know it's available at Mouser)

6821 Periperhal Interface adapter 40 Pin DIP  (no longer available at Jameco)

8212 8-bit IO 24-DIP (no longer available at Jameco)
