Yes, the Apple IIc, the monitor and the WiFi232 are powered by the shown powerbanks.
Here you see how I telnet to A 80's Apple II BBS ( a80sappleiibbs.ddns.net:6502 ) with the Apple IIc.
As you see on the pics I'm in the fields - so I connected the WiFi232 to a personal hotspot on my iPhone.
A 80's Apple II BBS is running on a real Apple IIe with 5.25 Duodisk.

Cool I will need to check it out.
So a IIC that's remotely tethered to phone is connecting back to your Apple IIE BBS, very nice!
And it works also in the car with the car console!
