ADTPro has generic serial settings, so it should. Probably at lower baud rates... 19200 or 9600.

Perhaps not ADTPro, but have you looked at ADT_2006.ZIP?.
It has a version for the apple II communications card.
There is source code that you could alter for your serial card.
