hi,investigate apple II question

recently,I repaired my apple II clone.I repaired it before asked question in this website.but it will make another different question.
I used two keyboards.but now I can't type any english words.just can type 12345,change another keyboard,it is the same.I want to asked every professor of apple II,I don't know what the question is.do you have this experience of it.can you solve it?thx
