Lisa Boot ROM

The Lisa boot ROM was responcible for starting the Lisa, testing its hardware, and loading the Lisa operating system. These papers give some insight into how the boot ROM worked. Also present here is a very rare listing of the modification history behind this ROM which was obtained from the ROM’s source code listing.
