Source for speech IC's used in the Mockingboard

I am working on refubishing an Apple IIe, and have tracked down many oroginal add-on cards.  Does anyone know of a source for the optional speed chips used for the Mockingboard?  I understand the following IC's are compatible, unfortunately, Google searches seem to only present data sheets .

* SC-02

* Arctic-02

* SSI-263P

* SSI 263AP

* 78A263A-P

any pointers would be appreciated, thank you for your time.

They haven't been manufactured in many years.  Old stocks ran out a long time ago.  They are extremely hard to find.  They are extremely expensive if you do find someone that has them.  They seem to be selling for $60-$80 each, and sometimes people are asking more.  I've seen them occasionally on eBay.

One pointer is you really only need one.  There are basically no game titles that I know of that use more than one speech chip.
