MenuBarHeight XFCN, Version2.1

An external function for Apple HyperCard 2.x

It returnes the height of the menubar (given in pixels).
This XFCN is accelerated for PowerPC (only for HyperCard >= 2.3). Also a version for 68K Machines is included.
