T2 1.0.3 Alice Fidonet compagnion

Attached is the latest version of T2 1.0.3, the compagnion application of
the Mac Fidonet mailreader Alice 2.4.x. T2 is a mailtosser. Part of
pointcombo Charon/Alice/T2.

Changes in T2 1.0.3
* more correct purging
* threads are linked backwards correctly
