I found a copy of it on Asimov (ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/images/utility/graphics/hi_res_scroller.dsk.gz). Nifty little graphics manipulation utility.
Thanks.. I'll take a look.. Just on a side note I also found Tom E. Hawk, the author!! now thats cool!
Well, now I've heard of it -- thanks for sharing. You are right it is an "old" apple ][ graphics utility that scrolls the "hi-res" screen, as opposed to the "Super hi-res" screen of the IIGS. Super!
I recently wrote a little program to generate 6502 machine code to do a fast fullscreen hi-res scroll that scrolls "up" only. There is an optimization in this routine: the more "space" characters on the screen the faster that it scrolls. This routine is used by the "Apple-1 for Apple II" program (in hex format) that I submitted on April 1, 2006.

A small correction.. The software I am looging for is actually the second version od super hi-res scroller.. Its called Digi-Dazzle..
If anyone has it it would be greatly appriciates..
Searching on Gurgle seems to turn up lots of hits for folks looking for it, but no downloads. Ask your new friend Tom E. Hawk if he has a copy, maybe we can post it on Asimov...
He's in lives in florida, and his apple stuff is at his parents house up here in Toronto..
