my se monitor has no singal,no vistion

my little 9'inch monitor macintosh se,nearly,this machine has a little problem,last several mouths,I turned on the power and do something forgot it,till about three hours,my dear se suddenly monitor has no any singal,like photo,but I have heard startup sound"bee"harddisk sound,I heard some people's suggestion change the analog board,I don't know how about it is.does anyone know this?thx
