Hello again. I'm having problems getting my Powermac G3 to boot form an OS 9 CD. I have never had this problem before but all the sudden it happened. So if some one could give me some advice that would be great.

Isn't this the same problem you were having a few months ago in this thread here?
Let's start by going through that thread and trying the things folks suggested there.
Nope it is totally different. My HD is dieing. So never mind about this thread its not important. It will spin up and then just stop. And you can hear it too. Its loud. But that makes sense because the computer is almost 8 years old. So I guess I'll find a new HD.
