Looking for Game Boy Player Boot (Startup) Disc for the GameCube

Anyone have just the Startup Disc that comes with the Nintendo GameCube "Game Boy Player". This is the boot disc you need loaded in your GameCube when using the Game Boy Player adapter to play the small game boy cartridges on the GameCube.
