I read these website,I found many pin color is not enough for atx,or I can not found this one.how to change?can you give me full of guide?

Yes, it does matter which type of macintosh you want ot use. Every mac has a different pinout for the PSU. Which mac are you trying to do this ocnversion for?

Well, the xx00 Macs you list there all use the same power pinout if I recall correctly. The iMac G3 - well, there are two kinds of them, the slot-loaders (CD goes into a slot) and the tray loaders (CD goes into a tray). Both have different pinouts.

But if you search for iMac tray ATX or imac slot ATX you should find what you need.
